- Deposit – Deposit: Deposit equal to a one night stay will be taken at the time of your reservation.
- Cancelation – We require 14 days notice prior to check in date for all cancellations Your deposit will be refunded if we are notified 14 days prior to arrival date.. As a courtesy to our loyal customers, we will hold your deposit for a future reservation within one year of the cancellation date. A new reservation must be made within one year of the date of cancellation or the deposit will be forfeited.

- Guests – Additional guests including children can be accommodated in only a few cottages, an additional charge of $15 per person will be charged.
- Pets – Pets are not allowed
- Smoking – Crescent Lodge is a non- smoking property
